Affectionately known as Lady T, Lady Tonya Jones is a gifted teacher, counselor, leader, and passionate encourager of women. She is the founder of G.L.O.W., Godly Ladies of Wisdom, a ministry created to empower women of all generations to grow in God, embrace their purpose, and become the very best version of themselves.
Since its inception, Lady T has served as the host of GLOW Weekend, creating an atmosphere where women can be strengthened through faith, authentic connection, sisterhood, encouragement, and personal growth. With her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering optimism, she inspires women to recognize the power God has placed within them and confidently pursue positive change in every area of their lives.

Prophetess Dr. Delaine Smith is a seasoned preacher, pastor, author, entrepreneur, and prophetic voice with more than 30 years of ministry experience. She previously pastored for over 20 years in Quincy and Jacksonville, Florida, and later led an online ministry during the pandemic that reached more than 40,000 followers and saw over 2,200 souls saved.
Dr. Smith holds degrees from Chipola Jr. College and Florida A&M University, as well as a master’s in Christian Counseling and a Doctorate in Divinity from St. Thomas Christian College. Her diverse professional background includes more than 20 years in Florida real estate, public service, legislative work, human resources, and real estate investigation.
Today, she is a full time traveling Prophetess, President of BAM Boot Camp and Pretty Preachers, and a member of Cathedral of Faith Church of God in Christ. Her passion is encouraging others to bounce back, walk in purpose, win souls, and move beyond simply going to church to becoming the church. Her prophetic ministry is centered on drawing people closer to Jesus and inspiring them to “Make God Look Good.”
